1. Services Provided

VeriHQ provides on-site mobile drug testing, fingerprinting, notary services, background checks, and I-9 verifications. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Mobile Service Environment

Clients must provide:

• Safe access to the location
• Clear parking space for mobile trailer
• Valid identification

3. Payment

Payment is required:

• At time of booking (individuals)
• Net 15 or Net 30 (employers, approved accounts)

4. Compliance

You agree not to falsify identification or attempt to defeat testing procedures.

5. Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Employer hiring decisions
• Agency processing times
• Environmental delays (traffic, weather)

6. Termination of Service

We may refuse service for:

• Threatening behavior
• Fraudulent documents
• Unsafe environments

7. Governing Law
